Wrapping up summer
I don’t know about you, but I feel like this year has literally flown by. Summer has come and gone, but it was truly amazing, with lots of trips, family adventures, and memories made. With all the excitement that summer brings I have a very hard time keeping structure, it’s seriously a free for all. August has been a great transition month, I feel like our house has finally settled back into a normal routine and I’m back to working out regularly.
Fall is coming
I’m soo excited for all things fall. Fall is my favorite season of the year. I love it because football is starting up, the weather starts to get cooler, and I can start cooking soups, stews, and baking again without the house feeling like its a million degrees! Oh and I especially love chilly rainy days! I’m also looking forward to the cooler weather for my workouts and not sweating my ass off every time I open the door.
September Training Plan
I love the simple training schedule I laid out for September. I want to move through my workouts quickly, efficiently, while getting a good pump, but not over doing it, so I think this will be the perfect plan! I love the HIIT style workouts so I mixed in a little of that on the full body day and I’m really looking forward to it! On training days I’m going to get an intentional 1 to 2 mile walk in and on rest days I’m planning for 2.5 to 3 miles.
