July was so good for us, we got to spend 10 glorious days on vacation in Florida (Pensacola, Destin, & our fav place Panama City Beach), it was so nice to take a break from work and reality to just relax, recharge, and reconnect as a family!
July in the gym was sporadic if I’m being 100% honest, we were so busy leading up and getting back from vacation that I didn’t have time to dedicate to my workout schedule. I got a lot of movement in during July and a scale victory, I was able to maintain my weight during vacation!! I normally always come back from vacation 5-7lbs heavier, this time around I stuck to my normal routine for breakfast and lunch, but for dinner we ate out every night. We even had dessert every day as well, so I’m taking this as a true win!
August Training
For August I decided to switch it up, the past few months have been 3 day workout plans, but I went with 4 days this time. The days aren’t as jam packed so that I can move through the workouts quicker than the past few months, which will help me personally because we are headed back to school and this momma homeschools her boys.
