A look back at June.
June went by soo quickly… I felt like it just waved as it sped by me. The elliptical challenge didn’t work out for me, I forgot about a trip we had planned so I wasn’t able to hit my goal of 20, but I did get in 15 and that means I moved my body this month so that is a win in my book! I really liked the June Training Plan and look forward to adding that one to my future workouts in 2023. It’s been a lot of fun customizing different workouts for each month, next year I’m thinking I will do 6 week cycles, but we will see.
July Plans
I’ve decided to do an every other day workout plan for the month of July. We have our annual Florida trip coming up and that is going to take a 1/3 of the month away from me in the gym and I think this format will give me the opportunity to get as many workouts in as possible. No cardio goals for the month of July, but I will definitely be moving by body as much as possible!
