Let’s Kick Summer 2022 Off!
I’m soo… excited about the month of June! I have huge goals this month in the gym, in addition to the June Training Plan, I am pushing to get 20 – 5-mile elliptical workouts in, I have already done the first one today. In personal excitement we are going camping at the Frio River. We just got back, we went for Memorial weekend, and it was so relaxing and recharging that we decided to go again! May Challenge Update
If you were following or participating in the May Walking Challenge I ended the month with 86 miles, so goal achieved, WOO-HOO!! I would love to hear about your progress or any ideas you may have for future challenges.
