April Training Plan – Pre-gaming for summer!
Before we know it summer will be in full effect here in North Texas, let’s use the month of April to get stronger and ready for all of the summer activities! In addition to my April Training Plan I have a personal goal to walk 2 miles a day, that will be 60 miles by the end of the month. If you’re up for the challenge, I highly recommend an accountability partner.
I told you last month to expect a list of places to get active outdoors, here are some options around DFW to get your miles in.
