Seriously, Time is Flying
I cannot believe January has already flown by y’all; I hope it has been soo good to you! I have really enjoyed getting back into a good gym routine but let me tell you those 4 AM workouts are no joke! Some days it’s a battle to get out of bed, but I always regret when I don’t get up and knock it out first thing in the morning.
My weight has not been moving down consistently like the data shows it should be doing, it drops and then it goes back up, but it’s also that time of the month so I’m hoping that’s the only thing throwing it off. Regardless I’m not giving up, even if it’s coming off slower than I would like it to. In the meantime, I’m going to continue to eat well to fuel my body, work out, and let the pieces fall into place naturally.
I am looking forward to the February training plan, I love HIIT workouts! Also, I have been meaning to implement more core work into my plan to keep my running form right. Below is the February Training
