GOAL CRUSHING
Let’s start out this week with good news, I’m making progress on crushing my goals adding content here and losing weight! I’m down 5lbs since my last post, it almost feels like I’m starting all over again, but I know I do not have anywhere near as far to go as when I first started my journey. Thankfully my physical fitness levels are still there and I’ve still got it, praise God! 🙌🏼 I’m so thankful to God for bringing my family to where we are today, I feel soo blessed that we are able to have an in home gym, because now the only thing that can keep me from my goals is me!
IS IT WORTH IT? LET ME WORK IT!
Here is an awesome 30 MIN beginner treadmill interval workout that was fundamental when I started continuously working out on the treadmill. Interval workouts with jogging/walking are what helped me learn to run. Being able to run after weighing so much that I couldn’t even walk fast without being out of breath is such a freeing feeling!
